Working with growers in the Languedoc, South of France, to create and blend a unique trio of wines that perfectly complement her cooking style, they are elegant, expressive and vibrant, each with distinctive, delicious characters.
Complete with a red – the Cabernet-Franc Syrah; a white – Chardonnay-Viognier and a Rose , Anna has also paired each wine with a recipe created specifically to match the blend, which can be found on the QR code on the back of the bottles.
Tasting Notes:
Cabernet-Franc Syrah: A lively, yet smooth red, with dark red fruits and blackcurrant notes. This is a medium bodied wine, bursting with blackcurrant and cherry flavours.
Chardonnay-Viognier: Light and fruity, this Chardonnay-Viognier blend is the perfect balance, with green apple, mango and apricot notes. A classic Chardonnay start with a Voiognier finish gives it a medium body and little intensity, without the acidity.
Rose: A wonderfully pale pink rose, it has a youthful and delicate taste, with light red fruits and a floral hint. It makes for a pleasant and refreshing wine to share amongst friends.
