Produced near Carcassonne in the beautiful Languedoc, this beautiful wine will work a treat with food (one of Anna’s recipes would do, though we won’t mind if you use someone else’s) or simply to enjoy on its own (but better with friends).
This pale yellow coloured wine feels youthful on the nose, with green apple, mango and apricot notes. On the palate, you will find a medium body with intense fruit and low acidity.
