Selected and blended by leading Chef, Restauranteur, TV personality Chef Anna Haugh, this red wine is primarily a blend of Cabernet-Franc and Syrah.

Cooking with Anna Haugh – Each bottle of Signature Chef wine comes with a recipe created specifically by chef Anna Haugh for each of the wines. The recipe can be viewed via a QR code on the bottle. To pair with her red wine, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah, Chef Anna cooks a Red Wine Braised Beef with Peas and Girolles Mushrooms.

Produced near Carcassonne in the beautiful Languedoc, this beautiful wine will work a treat with food (one of Anna’s recipes would do, though we won’t mind if you use someone else’s) or simply to enjoy on its own (but better with friends).

This wine feels youthful on the nose, with red fruit and blackcurrant notes. On the palate, you will find a medium body with hints of blackcurrant and cherry.
