Produced near Carcassonne in the beautiful Languedoc, this beautiful wine will work a treat with food (one of Anna’s recipes would do, though we won’t mind if you use someone else’s) or simply to enjoy on its own (but better with friends).
This wine feels youthful on the nose, with red fruit and blackcurrant notes. On the palate, you will find a medium body with hints of blackcurrant and cherry.
