Cooking

with James Martin

Each bottle of Signature Chef wine comes with a recipe created specifically by chef James Martin for each of the wines. The recipe can both be read and viewed on video via a QR code on the neck hanger. To pair his white wine, a blend of Chardonnay and a hint of Marsanne, James cooks a Turbot fish on the bone with cauliflower puree, asparagus and white wine cream.

Selected and blended by TV Chef James Martin, this white wine is a blend of Chardonnay (80%) and Marsanne (20%).

Produced near Narbonne in the beautiful Languedoc, this wine will work a treat with food (any of James’s recipes would do, though we won’t mind if you use someone else’s recipe) or simply on its own (but better with friends).

Mineral palate with a good structure and buttery notes. Very well balanced with a fresh finish. Lovely!
