An arrogant French Bulldog presents a powerful and fruity wine with velvety tannins. From vines planted on gentle well-drained hillsides, located in the north of the Corbières region near Narbonne. A dry, windy, and sunny climate offers beautiful and aromatic wines.
The harvests are carried out by hand. In the cellars, the winemaker prefers short maceration periods to ensure a delicate style of wine. The terroir is enhanced by ageing the wines in barrels, half barrique and cask.
Aromatic and fruity on the nose, the taste has a nice balance between the fruit, the spices and a beautiful acidity.
