Belles du Sud is a blend of Cinsault and Grenache gris, epitomising the south of France Rosé style.

Located on the Terrasses de l’Orbieu, in the very heart of the Languedoc area, close to the sea. The grapes are harvested at night, with gentle direct pressing. Free-run wine there only, cold maceration & cold fermentation.

Beautiful salmon pink colour and a real feeling of lightness due to the 10% alcohol degree. The nose is floral with slight spicy notes. The taste is refreshing with hints of exotic fruit and grapefruit. Beautifully balanced and very supple aftertaste. It’s crowd-pleasing elegance is perfect for summer socialising and livening up modern cuisine. Perfect as an aperitif, with a BBQ and with Asian dishes.

The unique bottle design is the result of a collaboration between Château Ciceron and “Nach”, a brand of contemporary jewellery based in Toulouse, France. Using sequential printing, each case holds six bottles, each displaying a different label with an animal from the Nach universe: “It’s cute, wild, rare, fascinating… in a word: animal!”
