Selected and blended by TV Chef James Martin, this red wine is a blend of Syrah (90%) and Carignan (10%).
Produced near Narbonne in the beautiful Languedoc, this wine will work a treat with food (any of James’s recipes would do, though we won’t mind if you use someone else’s recipe) or simply on its own (but better with friends).
A beautiful finesse with sweet spices and mineral flavors, enhanced aromas of truffle and coffee with red fruit notes dominating a long finish. What a cracker!!!
