Viñalba Reserve Malbec Touriga Nacional

Argentine Malbec meets Portuguese winemaker

Argentine Malbec wizard Herve J Fabre teamed up with long time friend and famous Portuguese winemaker Rui Reguinga to create a very unusual blend of Malbec and the native Portuguese grape variety Touriga Nacional which is grown in the Viñalba estate. The long summers mean the wines have wonderfully pure tasting fruit, and this Viñalba Malbec Touriga Nacional is a great example of this.

Viñalba Reserve Malbec Touriga Nacional is partly aged in oak barrels to give it a soft and smooth texture which complements blackcurrant and plum flavours.

This wine is full-bodied whilst also elegant, and is a delight with anything grilled on the barbecue.
