Masso Antico Fiano is another pearl from Puglia. Straw yellow colour, with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and almond.
The grapes, which are picked by hand and placed in small cases, undergo a drying process in the cellars. This process intensifies their flavour and aroma. Grapes are then fermented in steel tanks where the liquid acquires complexity and structure, followed by short ageing in wooden barrels for 3 months.
