Beautifully pale and delicate rose colour with the hints of gold. The nose is aromatic with Peach expression and hints of blackcurrant notes. Smooth and delicate with a beautiful balanced acidity on the finish creating a very supple aftertaste. It’s crowd-pleasing elegance is perfect for summer socialising and livening up modern cuisine. Château Jaune Côtes de Provence Rosé is perfect on its own as a southern French style summer aperitif, or great with grilled fish, or tandoori chicken.
