Proudly produced by a 100% Maori family-owned winery in the Marlborough wine region.
Thanks to a unique microclimate, the grapes from this vineyard have a soft acidity, pungent aromatics, and complex, ripe flavour profiles. On the palate, this wine has aromas of ripe cherries and red fruits, with hints of dried herbs and mocha notes.
The smoothly rich fruit is balanced by a long lingering spicy soft finish. A perfect drink for summer barbecues or cosy winter nights by the fire. Nutty cheeses, game, mushrooms and beetroot would also pair nicely.
