A stubborn French Bulldog presents a wine bursting with fruit, with a lot of finesse and sharpness. From vines planted on gentle well-drained hillsides, located 30km from the Mediterranean Sea. A dry, windy, and sunny climate offers beautiful and aromatic wines.
The harvests are carried out by hand. In the cellars, the winemaker prefers short maceration periods to ensure a delicate style of wine. The terroir is enhanced by ageing the wines in barrels, half barrique and cask.
Very well-balanced wine with a good structure, fruity and buttery notes. It is a faithful companion as your aperitif and pairs beautifully with a scallop or fish in general.
