Amicone Rosé is pale pink in colour with delicate notes of citrus, white flowers and summer fruits on the nose. Smooth and refreshing on the palate with a well-balanced acidity and freshness.
The grapes are softly pressed to obtain the first must which gets a few hours of skin contact. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and a fruit-driven character.
Excellent with light appetizers, sushi, fish soup, white meat and fish.
